• Results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

• PepIQ is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated analysis.

All content, features, and functionality of PepIQ — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, algorithms, text, and software — are owned by PepIQ and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal content you submit to PepIQ. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the app services to you.

The PepIQ name, logo, and brand marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PepIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of PepIQ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
